Art Therapy

Rochelle offers both individual and group art therapy sessions.

Individual Sessions

An individual art therapy session consists of one client and one art therapist in a safe, comfortable setting.

Group Sessions

An art therapy group session consists of one therapist and a group of 4-6 clients and generally target a specific issue, such as depression, anxiety, or grieving and loss. Other group sessions are for increasing overall wellbeing by improving self awareness, communication skills, articulation of feelings, increasing social skills, and unleashing creativity and confidence.

Please note that group sessions are not recommended for acute crisis or trauma.

Community Sessions, Workshops and Retreat Presenter

Rochelle is also available to facilitate workshops and present at retreats within the community for specific groups such as support groups, schools or corporate settings.

Rochelle is an experienced presenter who speaks on intentional creativity, our marvellous brain, compassionate self care and advocacy for strengths based living and expressive art journaling for wellbeing. Rochelle is a passionate presenter who loves to share with organisations, school groups, mental health organisations, support groups, mothers groups, teenagers, churches and those experiencing health challenges.
