We interrupt disconnection and struggle with an invitation to health and wellness through the expressive arts. At Kaleidoscope Art Therapy everyone’s story matters. We consider ourselves fellow sojourners and provide a collaborative space for everyone to be fully seen and heard (and sometimes we use words). Unlike talk therapy we use art materials for self awareness and to create shifts within. We empower you to respond to life’s challenges with strength, courage and freedom.
Rochelle Melville is an art therapist and intentional creative. She has experience in working with adults, adolescents and children. Rochelle utilises the healing aspects of art, storytelling, journaling, symbols, music and ritual in supporting fellow sojourners in their struggles by empowering them to unleash their innate strength, courage and freedom through creativity.
Rochelle is author of numerous health and lifestyle articles in books, blogs and magazines and is a sort after speaker for teenagers, women and Christian groups. When Rochelle is not art journaling or carving spoons, she’s writing, taking photos, and renovating the family home with her hubby. Rochelle is passionate about helping people discover their exquisite genius and release their creativity to its fullest expression.
